If you are using Internet Banking, go to your app store and search for FUN Bank to download the First United National Bank Mobile Banking app.  If you are not already signed up for Internet Banking, click on Enroll to the left to complete the Enrollment Form.

What is Mobile Banking?  How is it different from Internet Banking?

Our mobile banking app is a condensed version of our current Internet Banking Service.  Mobile Banking is a personal financial account management service that allows you to view your account balances and recent account activity as well as transfer funds between FUNB Bank accounts and pay bills online.

Do I need an Internet Banking account to use Mobile Banking?

Yes.  Mobile Banking uses the same settings as Internet Banking.  So you will need to register your accounts in Internet Banking and set your user ID, password and Bill Pay settings.  If you are not already signed up for Internet Banking, click on Enroll to the left to complete the Enrollment Form.

What can I do on FUN Bank's Mobile Banking Service?

You can:
- View account balances
- Review transaction history
- Transfer funds between your FUN Bank accounts
- Pay Bills - view history, make payments and more
- Find offices and ATM locations near you
- Deposit checks for under $1,000 - See Mobile Deposit FAQs for more information

Is there a cost for Mobile Banking?

No.  FUN Bank's Mobile Banking service is FREE and there are no usage fees.  Standard text messaging & data rates apply from your communication service provider.  Customers should consult their service provider contract.

Is it secure to use?

Yes,  FUN Bank's Mobile Banking App is secure.  No account information is stored on your mobile device.  All of the security features available in Internet Banking are in place to safeguard your privacy and protect your account information.  Furthermore, during your initial login with Mobile Banking, you will be asked a security question.  See our Internet Banking Service agreement for full terms and conditions.

Can I access Bill Pay with Mobile Banking?  How?

Yes.  You will need to set up all your accounts and payees from within Internet Banking, but once established, you can pay bills & check the status with your mobile device.  Once you establish Bill Pay in Internet Banking, you can access it though your app by selecting "Payments" on the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.

Can I transfer funds between Financial Institutions in Mobile Banking?

No.  These are considered riskier transactions and can only be conducted with additional validation not accessible in Mobile Banking.  You can, however, transfer funds to your other FUN Bank accounts through Mobile Banking.

You can utilize FUN Bank's "POP Money(R)" service to transfer funds to your accounts at the other financial institution.  "POP Money(R)" is available in Mobile Banking under the Payments option.  **Fees do apply.

Does FUN Bank's Mobile Banking offer Mobile Deposit?

What do I do if I lose my phone?

If your phone is lost or stolen, call 814-354-7311 or contact your local office to have your account deactivated.

I'm having trouble with the Registration Process; what do I do?

If you are experiencing an error with logging in for the first time, your Internet Banking ID or Password may be invalid or expired.  Please contact our support team by calling 814-354-7311.
